We packed the car with goodies, chaise lounges, and camera equipment and left our foggy El Cerrito home hoping to find clear skies in the Berkeley Hills. When we parked at Inspiration Point at Tilden Park the sky was clear and the moon was bright and luminous, ready for the eclipse. The weather was warm and there was only one other car in the parking lot. It was a perfect night, highlighted by the eclipse. We both agreed that this was a once in a life time experience.
